    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://www.msspeech-forum.com/member_profile.asp?PF=115">mattwood</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 88<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 01/Jun/2009 at 10:54am<br /><br />I have been using WSR with Win Vista 64 bit with 4 gigs of RAM.&nbsp; I am really trying to give this software a chance before I go to DNS.&nbsp; I've done the trainings and I have a good microphone (Phillips Speechmike 6274) which seems to work fine and I correct each time it makes a mistake.&nbsp; I feel the problems I am experiencing are inbedded in the software itself.&nbsp; I will try to keep these recurrent problems brief.&nbsp; WSR keeps making the same mistake even after several corrections.&nbsp; For example, in the Rainbow passage it continually dictates "birth" for "Earth" and "scout" for "sky".&nbsp; Secondly, it will often move one line when I state "new paragraph", although this is not consistent.&nbsp; Lastly, it often does not recongnize Microsoft Speech Recognizer 8.0 as the language even though it is chosen in the speech properties.<br><br>I really want to like this software and I'm hoping that there may be a fix or a patch to correct these isssues.&nbsp; Any input appreciated.<br>]]>
