If that is the case, nothing else will work.</LI><LI>You do not say what program you are dictating in. If the program does not follow TSF (Text Services Frameworks), like some EMR's, they will not work properly.</LI><LI>Do you run the Set up my microphone utility before starting dictation and when dictation deteriorates?
