I have seen that before.  It happens because the toolkit cannot find the values it changes in the registry.  Since this is a new profile....  I suspect its because the microphone calibration has not been run.  Try running the standard microphone setup tool and then look at the sliders.  Let me know if it fixes this issue.

Recently I created a new profile and for some reason, the input volume slider and SNR slider are not functional. Completely ghosted out. Why would that be happening?
