Trying to figure out how to delete multiple page breaks with headers and page numbers, example in bold below.  Columns above and below the "break" need to remain consistent for exporting of the data.

22048 Smith Joe 7/19/1939 10/9/2001 6148400485   10/2/2009

22512 Smith Paul 10/28/1947 1/18/2002 6144885435     11/8/2009 12:26

Can't do it manually 150 times! Any thoughts?

Are you referring to page breaks in Microsoft Word? Are you saying you need a variable for the Number of page breaks above or below to be deleted?

I'm not much of a programmer but believe this could possibly be made into a macro. If you are using Word, the basic direction for deleting a page break from the Help file refers to deleting  a blank page but should be relevant:
"You can also combine two pages by deleting the page break between them."

If I had the time and programming skills these are the steps it seems it would take:
  1. Enter Draft View necessary for removing page breaks. Key sequence:
Alt+W to get to the View menu an then:
    E for the Draft view
  2. Next you want to go to the top of the next page. Key sequence:
    Ctrl+PgDn
  3. Now you wish to delete the Page Break. Key sequence:
    Backspace

That is the basics for deleting a Page Break. Do you have a copy of, http://www.mymsspeech.com/microphones/prod_details.asp?prodID=231 - "WSRMacros:
The User's Guide?"
This will help you program the variables.
